Insurance Associates of Northern California was incorporated in 1961,
and is the continuation of five agencies that have been in business
since 1904.
Our staff has extensive experience in both commercial and personal insurance.
Senior producers have been involved in agency and insurance company
management for over 25 years. Our staff is well educated, most having
been with IA over an extensive period of time. More importantly, our
people have the most important trait of all…the desire to excel…a commitment
to excellence.
Insurance Associates is organized into four departments:
- Commercial Insurance
- Personal Insurance
- Alternative Risk
- Life, Health and Employee
Benefits Insurance
Insurance Associates is predominantly a commercial lines agency with customer
accounts in California and the Western States. The majority of our customers
are located in California, however IA has been servicing customers outside
of California for over 95 years. Superior service is paramount to customer
satisfaction. Understanding our customers' needs and their business conditions
is the key to meeting service commitments and expectations. As a result
of this commitment, we have a very strong client loyalty. In fact, we
are servicing many third and fourth generation customers.
